If a customer needs to replace any products in their order after placing it, please contact our team within 48 hours. Otherwise, the order will be shipped as originally placed.
Our policy allows for returns and refunds under the following conditions: Eligible Return & Exchange 1. If there is a problem with the product quality or it is damaged during transportation, we will offer free return and exchange services. 2. If the return is due to the customerās subjective desire (such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or ordering the wrong product): We may not accept the return if the product has been used. If the return is accepted, a total deduction of ā¹2500 will be applied to your refund. This includes a ā¹1500 handling & processing fee and a ā¹1000 return logistics fee.
