Cancellation Policy

At Hifresh, we understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring efficient processing and delivery of our tower fan products.

Cancellation Window

  • Within 30 Minutes of Purchase: You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placement without incurring any charges. During this period, your payment method will not be charged.

  • After 30 Minutes: If you wish to cancel your order after 30 minutes, please contact service@hifreshindia.com or call +1800-274-7442. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, please note that orders may have already entered the processing or shipping stages, at which point cancellation may not be possible.

Cancellation Process

  1. Online Cancellation: Log in to your Hifresh Account and navigate to the "My Orders" section. If your order is eligible for cancellation, a "Cancel Order" option will be available.

  2. Customer Support: If the online cancellation option is unavailable, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Important Considerations

  • Order Processing: Once an order has been processed for shipping, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may need to follow our return policy after receiving the product.

  • Payment Authorization: Orders canceled within the 30-minute window will not result in any charges to your payment method.
