HiFresh extended warranty offers a dedicated protection plan that covers all manufacturing defects and malfunctions of your tower fan. With this plan, you get reliable repair and after-sales service to ensure your HiFresh product continues to deliver optimal performance.
The extended warranty is valid for 1 additional year after the expiration of the original manufacturer’s warranty. The combined warranty period (original + extended) must not exceed 2 years in total.
Step 1: Purchase the extended warranty directly from our official website within 30 days of purchasing your HiFresh product.
Step 2: If your HiFresh product experiences any technical issue, please send an email to service@hifreshindia.com with the issue details and your invoice information. Once validated, a support ticket will be created.
Step 3: Our authorized support team will contact you to arrange for service. You must provide the technical issue description and extended warranty invoice for verification.
Step 4: In case of major repairs, the product will be sent to our service center for component replacement.
1) How do I request a repair?
– Please send an email to service@hifreshindia.com with your product details and issue description. Our support team will get back to you.
2) When does the extended warranty become active?
– It becomes active immediately after purchase.
3) What is not covered under the extended warranty?
– Physical damage, consumable parts (like filters), adapters, and accessories (like remotes) are not covered.
4) How many times can the product be repaired under the plan?
– As many times as needed, but the total service cost must not exceed the product’s invoice value.
5) What happens if the product cannot be repaired on time?
– If repair cannot be completed within a reasonable time, we will replace the defective parts without question, subject to part availability.
6) Where will the product be serviced?
– We offer free pickup and drop-off.
7) Do I need to pay for repairs under the extended warranty?
– No, all repair costs (parts + labor) are fully covered by HiFresh.
8) Can I receive service if I move to a different city?
– Yes, our extended warranty service is available across India.
9) When can I purchase the extended warranty?
– You can buy it within 30 days of purchasing your HiFresh product.
At Hifreshindia.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes customers may need to return a product.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this time, request of cancellation will not be available. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us and we may be able to cancel your order.
If a customer needs to replace any products in their order after placing it, please contact our team within 48 hours. Otherwise, the order will be shipped as originally placed.
Our policy allows for returns and refunds under the following conditions: Eligible Return & Exchange 1. If there is a problem with the product quality or it is damaged during transportation, we will offer free return and exchange services. 2. If the return is due to the customer’s subjective desire (such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or ordering the wrong product): We may not accept the return if the product has been used. If the return is accepted, a total deduction of ₹2500 will be applied to your refund. This includes a ₹1500 handling & processing fee and a ₹1000 return logistics fee.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
