How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Can I return or exchange my Hifresh product?

Yes, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you’re not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.

My product stopped working. What should I do?

If your product stops working, please check the user manual for troubleshooting tips. If the issue persists, contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the problem. If the product is still under warranty, we’ll arrange for a repair or replacement.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can help update your shipping address. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details and the correct address. Unfortunately, once the order is shipped, we can’t make changes to the delivery address.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

We’re sorry to hear that! If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Provide us with your order details and photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
